ABOUT
Robert Sutton is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in Austin, Texas. Bobby currently lives and works in LA. Through cinema he explores the themes of identity, consciousness of memory, and connection. He has directed and acted in advertisements for Verizon Wireless, ON-Running, REEF sandals, and Eye-buy Direct. He holds a position at the Spotify LA headquarters as Art Director helping assemble and design Emma Chamberlain's "Anything Goes Podcast". Behind the scenes he has done professional fabrication including screen printing for Warner Brothers, set building at Universal Studios, and custom costume fabrication for short films selected and winning competitions at national and international levels. His first, self-funded, indie feature film, FRICK!, received recognition by KCRW's Greater LA as its world premiere sold out a 412 seat theatre on Wilshire Blvd. Perhaps more than anything, he enjoys spending time outdoors finding the interconnectedness of things that may, at first, seem unconnected.
